The Lower Floor Skin was clamped to the two side skin assemblies and then drilled/cleco'd using the holes in the Floor Skin as guides. The Upper Cross Tie, SNX-F16-09, and Lower Cross Tie, SNX-F16-10, were clamped in place according to the plans and then drilled/cleco'd. The Lower Firewall, SNX-F17-01, was drilled and cleco'd in place. Finally the Splice plates at the upper and Lower Longeron splices were drilled and reamed to the correct size and cleco'd.
