The remaining holes in teh Aft Clip, F17-12 were drilled and deburred. The Upper Clip, F17-10, was drawn, cut to size, bent to shape, and holes drilled and everything deburred. The two stiffeners were cut to size from 3/4"x3/4"x0.49" 6061 Square Tubing. The ends were deburred. The large holes for the SouthCo fasteners were drilled to final size with a step drill. The rivet holes were drilled to the final size.
