The Flap Drive Pivot Blocks, SNX-F15-15, that were cut to size yesterday were marked for hole locations. The two 3/16" holes were drilled through the blocks while they were clamped together in the drill press. 2" bolts and nuts were installed to keep the blocks together. The large 1" hole location was marked and then the hole was drilled using a 1" forstner bit. A final sanding to clean up all the sides. This was repeated again for the 2nd set.
