A center line was drawn on the rear most turtle deck former (#5) SNX-F20-05 flange. This was used to locate through the pre drilled holes in the turtle deck skins. Four temporary bolts were placed in the forming holes of the former and used to help place the part in the correct position. Using the bolts for aid, each of the holes were drilled and cleco'd, starting from the top center and working down each side. Seven holes were drilled and cleco'd on the bottom of the former. These were drilled into the SNX-F22-04 Angle. The Aft Clip, SNX-F20-12 was clamped in place. The four holes attaching it to Former #5 and the four holes attaching it to the Turtle deck Skin splice were drilled and cleco'd.
