After receiving the replacement SNX-Z04-02 piece from Sonex LTD. the Skin Splice Channel, SNX-F20-07, was constructed. Next SNX-F20-10 Former Clips were located according to the plans, drilled, deburred, and then finally riveted. A centerline mark was made on the new Splice Channel Assembly, SNX-F19-03. The centerline mark was used to place the Channel and drill through the pilot holes. All holes were drilled to final size and then it was dis-assembled and deburred. The parts were re-assembled, cleco'd and riveting was started.
