The two bolts holding the Right splice plate on were torqued to 25 in lbs. Snap bushings were installed . The right skin was placed to one side the the cleco'd left skin was brought to the work table. It was disassembled and deburred and then re-assembled with clecos. The longeron was first riveted followed by the vertical channels. Snap bushings were installed followed by rubber grommets.
