The following parts provided with the kit were pilot drilled, SNX-F26-04L/R, 05L/R, 06L/R, and 07L/R. These parts are Splice plates in the aft fuselage. The parts were chamfered were indicated by the plans using the belt sander. The parts requiring bends were bent in the Vise using a 1" dowel and two pieces of hardwood. This method worked wonderfully. Finally the four longerons, SNX-02R/L (Upper Longeron), and SNX-F26-03R/L (Lower Longeron), were cut to length and the end details were created using a vixen file. The two side aft fuselage skins, SNX-F26-01R/L, were removed from the kit packing.
