The Lower Skin, SNX-F22-01, was located from the kit provided by Sonex LTD. Also part of the kit was the Shear Web, SNX-F22-3, which was deburred. The SNX-F22-04 Angle was made from SNX-Z02-03 Angle stock. The forward angle, SNX-F22-05 was made from 1"x1"x-.125" Angle extrusion. The Aft Shear Assembly, SNX-F22-02, was assembly was constructed using the following parts: SNX-F22-03, SNX-F22-05, and SNX-F22-04. All parts were deburred before assembly and the mating surfaces were primed with zinc oxide.
