Two fittings, SNX-F23-08, were made from 6061-T6 0.125" thick aluminum. The round end was bent up the indicated 10 degrees and th 3/16" hole was drilled. This part was taken, along with the SNX-F23-06 Web and SNX-F23-07L/R Angle and clamped together to form the Right and Left Mount Assemblies, SNX-F23-05L/R. Once all the holes were drilled the part was disassembled and deburred. It was then re-assembled and riveted together. The Forward Push rod Support Assembly SNX-F23-09 was next made. After the 1" hole was drilled a 7/8" ID plastic snap bushing was installed. The Aft Push Rod Support Assebly, SNX-F23-11 was made similar to the previoius piece. A 7/8" ID plastic snap bushing was also installed in this piece. Last, two small clips were made, SNX-F23-12. The holes were drilled and then deburred as were the edges.
