The end forward wing ribs were opened up by cutting out the aluminum between the two lightning holes. After cleaning up the cuts support angles were added. This should allow easier access to the wing bay when installing the flap control rod. The Pitch Autopilot control box was installed under the seat near the servo. The wiring was started for the pitch autopilot. The aileron control push rods were brought home and the powder coat was removed from the threaded ends.
