After relaxing abit I took a different approach to trimming the cowl. I positioned the center half on the Prop Hub Spacer and at the Fuel Cap and clamped it in place. I used tape to locate the cut line. This method was described "somewhere" on the internet, but I can't remember where. The cowl was removed and the fiberglass was removed to the cut line with files and sandpaper blocks. This was done to the top edge and this work well. Will work on the side the next session.
