The rudder stop plates had to be removed, remade and re-installed becuase they were originally installed in the wrong location. The whole aft fuselage was flipped so that the bottom skin was facing down. The horizontal channels are to be clamped in, starting from the front and working toward the back. I spent a lot of time trying to get the fuselage sides squared up without success, until I figured out that I was making the measurements incorrectliy. Once this was corrected things started coming into square rather quickly.
