After realizing had attached the Root Rib Support Brackets to the wrong side, I drilled the rivets out and made new support brackets. The fore root rib was attached to the attach plate on the main spar. The holes were drilled using a right angle air drill. The main and rear spar were correctly positioned and then the aft rib was attached and a few holes were drilled.
