Started work by looking at the fiberglass wing tip. I came to the conclusion that it would be easier to just get a new wingtip from Sonex LTD. The fit was just not right and I drilled anyway. Oh well. Moved on to the Aileron Hinge. Clamped the hinge in place and drilled through the wing skin holes and cleco'd. Temporarily installed the Aileron for fit. LOOKS GOOD. The Aileron was removed and the wing was flipped over. The bottom skin was removed and the remaining side of the aileron bell crank support was drilled to the top skin.
