After seeing a Flanged Access hole on another Sonex Project (Gus Schlegel), I decided I'd also like to Flange the access holes. Based on pictures on his website, I designed a Flange Press tool with the help of Ed Bodette. Together we made the tool out of MDF using a Router and Circle Cutting Template. A few more rib holes were drilled until I ran out of Clecos. I've ordered another 150 from ATS. The Right Fiberglass wingtip was modfied to fit the right wing. Notches were cut out to go around the main and aft spars.
