The sixteen Rib Gussets (SNX-W16-07/08) were drilled according to the plans and then cut to shape. The parts were filed to exact shape then deburred. The parts were then primed with Zinc Oxide. Two Angle SNX-W16-09 were cut from SNX-Z01-03 Angle Stock. The parts were cut to size and drilled. They were deburred and primed with Zinc Oxide. The twenty-six aft ribs were unpacked and deburred.
