Started clecoing the Spar Web assemblies and getting the other parts togeter. I found that I was missing the SNX-W20-02/03 Root Rib Attach Angles. Switched to constructing the needed parts from 2"x2"x1/8" Angle. Two parts needed bending to 93.9 degrees and the other two needed bending 86.1 degrees. This was done with the assistance of the the bench vise and the deadblow hammer.
