The 3/16" Chamfer was cut into the Wing Attach Blocks using the Bandsaw. The hole locations were drawn and center punched. The first part was a complete failure, with the drill bit overheating and breaking off inside the part. I used a cutting oil on the second and remaining parts and the holes were drilled just fine.
