Marked first flap and pre-drilled rivet holes. Started to mount ribs and discovered that I had ordered the wrong ribs from Sonex-LTD. Since I had spare aluminum to make the ribs I proceeded down that path. I first made a template out of MDF as called out in the plans. I then made 2 flap ribs, SNX-W06-02 by cutting the metal to shape and then bending it around the template.
