Placed the Elevator Root Rib on the Elevator Horn and drilled holes. Also placed the AN366F-832 Anchor Nut. Since the anchor nut is installed with flush mount rivets the Elevator Horn was counter-sunk. Before everything was riveted together the exposed 4130 was repainted and allowed to dry.
