The second side of the horizontal stabilizer was started. The skin was attached to the bottom side. This involved marking the rib centerlines and placing the skin on top. The marks are then located through the predrilled skins. Once this is done the skin is drilled/cleco'd/deburred. The joining surfaces were painted with Zinc Oxide Paint for corrosion protection.
