To mount the instruments in the panel, support angles are required. Four pieces of 2"x2"x1/8" were cut to 1/2"x2"x1/8" and mounted next to the main insturments with clamps. Pilot holes were drilled through the panel and the angle every 1" and cleco's installed. Before drilling, the instruments to be mounted were "dry fitted" to make sure there wasn't an interference problem.
