After moving the Flap Switch cutout down I was happy with the panel layout. I started cutting the panel by first using a fly-cutter to cut the two 2" Vent holes and then the two 2.25" instrument holes. Next, I pilot drilled all the round holes for the switches and then drilled them to size with a step drill. The large rectangular holes were rough cut using a hand nibbler. They will need to be cleaned up with a file.
