I decided that while I was soldering I may as well try wiring up the control stick grip. I went with the 4 button and PTT the G205 model. I opened the case (4 very little screws) and exposed the numerous contacts. The wires to be used withing the tip of the grip were all precut to the right length. Followed the instructions and wired accordingly. This took awhile as my fat hands don't make it easy. I then cut the additional wire provided, into 7 lengths to be soldered and run down the length of the stick. I will need to put in a terminal strip under the passanger seat. I will locate it in a place that is accessible when the seat is back on. I will run these wires the terminal strip. Next I drilled the control stick and pulled the wire through. Added shrink wrap and a gromment to protect the wire. I will leave for now as I am waiting on the terminal strips and some addtional electrical parts.
