I made a spacer block to help with the 15mm overhang on the top and bottom of the rear spar. The manual tells you that you must measure both sides of the skin as there is a top and bottom which are different sizes. My sheet came nicely labeled (I did check just in case). I have found that the duct tape works great when working with the skins. It lets me get it positioned perfectly before I clampand cleco. Another pair of hands would probably be just as effective. Once the skin was taped into place I marked the rib and spar rivet lines. Started rivting from the rear spar and continued forward completing a rivet line on each rib across the HS (left to right) until I completed down to the nose rib about 3 inches back. Clecoing as needed along the way.Pulled the skin off deburred and primed connecting parts both skeleton and skin. reattached with the clecos and started the rivet process in thesame manner as the drilling.
