Completed the fabrication and installation of the Pilot door. Riveted both pilot and passanger door headers. Painted the parts for pilot door and re assembled.. I will need to order larger self tapping screws as I have drilled the number 40 holes out to number 30 which was incorrect. I will bne sure not to do this on the passenger door.
