Once I had the door sill in place I mounted the piano hinge and started fitting the door frame and lexan glass. Previously I had used sugar in the tube frame to help bend the frame to the opening. With that done I used spacers around the frame to maintain the same gap from the frame to the fuselage. Lots of back and forth on these but the extra time spent will make for a nice sealed tight cabin and less noise.
