I installed all the braces for both tanks and applied cork to their faces. Alignment of the tanks in the holes took a little more thought as I want them secure and snug but I need to be able to take in and out during this process of fitting. I installed half of the braces with rivets and the other with clecos until I am confident that they are a nice fit. I started with the outboard tank first. Picture one is the inboard tank. Once I was happy with the fit I laied out the fuel supply and drain holes. Not easy to get alignment perfect through bottom skin for drain cock. It is slightly off center of the drain. I will come up with a access plate that will make cover the off center and will trim it out nicely. I will do that for all tanks. Once these are drilled and completed I will be running my fuel lines and Nav/Strobe wiring.
