Brief Description: Bend HS-810-1 and HS-814-1 to 6 degrees.
Clamp HS-810-1 and HS-814-1 into a vise and bend both parts to 6 degrees using a mallet. Notice image 2, part HS-814-1, the flange has a releife cut at 6 degrees. You can eye the part as you bend it to get very close to where the bend needs to be. Then you can simply bend the other part to the same angle by sighting along both parts (image 3).
