Brief Description: THROTTLE/MIXTURE CABLE SAFETY RETAINER

Install some 3/32" Dubro RC wheel collars on the throttle and mixture cables to act as a back up in case bug nuts get loose. Also added safety wire to the Adel clamps as a safety backup.
