Order HD foil tape from Vans Aircraft to install in the bottom of the cowling. This will help with exhaust pipes being so close to the cowling edge and will keep gas and oil from soaking into cowling fiberglass. Makes for easy clean up during oil changes.
Something else I made was a 2 1/2" adpater for the air inlet scat tube to go over the airbox flange. Purchased 6061-T6 .035 tubing then took to a muffler shop for them to expand the end of the tubing to slip over the air box inlet flange while installing lower cowling. Works great see picture #2
