Pic1 shows 5th bearing installed and bolts torqued to18 ftlbs. This process went very well. SPA will loan you the drill jig and reamers needed to perform this task.
Pic2 shows installed connecting rods to pistons. Installed connecting rods with numbers up and pistons forward, just cause. While installing spliral locks for wrist pins my buddy Mike January loaned me his spiral lock insertion tools. This is the trick to installing these. Took about 15 min to install all the spiral locks. See there web site www.lockintool.com
Next I taped everything off to get ready for paint. I hope to receive cylinders next week. Dan's doing a little machine work on them for me so cooling tins will fit better.
