Installed wheel pant bracket made from a PDF file Dan sent me to fab bracket. Made from .063 alum. Im using the Sam James wheel pants for the 5X4.5 tires. I cut them down 2", 1" off the front and 1" off the back then reglassed the back band onto the wheel pant.
Picture 2 shows a 1/2" alum rod held by the cotter pin so a #8 screw can be attached to support the wheel pant.
Picture 3 is another 1/2" alum rod that will have a #8 screw to support the inside part of the wheel pant.
