I received rudder cable late Friday from UPS so I got started on them first thing Saturday morning.
The left cable cleared the map pocket with no problem. The right cable has the throttle quad in the way. I used 5/16 spacer to help align rudder cables for a staighter shot on both sides (see pic #2). Will need to Install a 3/8" poly tubing were cable goes into throttle quad.
Wished factory would have installed a 3 foot pieces of poly tubing on each cable before they crimped ends on.
Pic # 3 shows cable fairings and the rudder stops made from 3/16" alum flat bar.
I tried many differnt rudder postions and finally settled on this one. Adjusted brakes pedal alignment and rudder pedal alignment using 1x2 and couple of clamps.
