Brief Description:  INCIDENCE ANGLE CHECK

Clamped 1/4" X 2" alum flat bar for rear spar guide. See picture #1 this help set incidence angle of the wing. Installed left wing first and adjusted upper spar guide as needed and bottom roller bearing so pins slid in easy. Installed right wing and adjusted top spar guide and bottom roller bearing as needed. I used temporary 1/2" bolts with one flat of the bolt head sanded down to clear fuselage cage. Set 24" up level with blocks taped to level and digtal level on top zeroed out. Incidence on right wing is 0.0 on both inboard and outboard end of wing. Right wing is 0.1 on both inboard and outboard ends. I'm happy:)

Removed right wing and fine tuned spar adjustments on left wing then reinstalled right wing and fine tune spar adjustment for it. Rechecked incidence again and gap between fusalage cage and wing (3/16" both sides) then drilled rear spar using 1/4" drill. Drilled 1/4" hole for paddle assembly mount.
I had three cars stop and get out to see what we were doing and almost two car wrecks from rubber necking :)) Time to get out of the sun and drink some water.
