Installed elvators on horz and blocked level. Cleaned power coat on control horn end with file and emory cloth. Pushed control horns into postion and put clamp (lightly) to hold in postion, then drilled using 12" # 30 drill. Removed elevators, deburred control horns and elevators ribs to prepare to rivet.
Installed elevator up and down stops. Had to trim the up stop about 1/8" 25 degree. Down stop good 20 degree.
