Brief Description:  Cracks in Nosewheel Elastomer Plate on Engine Moun

Per Vans Service Bulletin 14-08-29, I inspected this plate as part of my 2014 Condition Inspection.

After removal of the WD1016 link assembly, 1 fully developed crack and 2 other developing cracks can be seen in the photos.

I did check for play (a gap) between the elastomers and the elastomer plate. There was play when the weight was fully removed from the nosewheel.
