Riveting Tailcone to Fuse I found that the riveting on page 29-16, Step 9 had not been done on QB fuselage where it could be back riveted). Instead, the parts had been riveted in place using a single pop rivet. It's a bit harder to rivet at this point but I removed pop rivet, modified the special '10 buck bar as spec'd on 29-16, and with much manipulation, riveted the F1023 floor angle, F10100A and F10101 Baggage Door shims to side skin.
Modifying the bar was done with a cutoff wheel on a die grinder followed by a grinding wheel, sander, and buffing with the ____ whell.
