Step one involves drilling out 6 index holes on outer door halves. The 2 fore holes were missing and 1 window hole had been ground out (an error?) Scott at Vans is going to try to send dimensions. Better, Bob Newman suggested I call him. I can use the inner halves to find the hole. More important, you have to kind of start at the bottom and make the door fit as you go up. The window holes will probably not line up and have to be re-drilled during fitting. Great advice methinks
