Brief Description: O2 Console - 2nd mold - 2 part this time
Since the single mold producing a single piece didn't seem to work so well, I decided to go to a 2 part mold made from the same orginal plug.
A piece of particle board is cut out to fit the middle of the plug and half the mold is made. Then the particle board is moved to produce the 2nd half of the mold.
Having done most of the steps before, things went much more quickly this time.
