The foam plug was shaped and smoothed. Micro was applied where needed. The plug was then covered with a very light fiberglass cloth.
Then several coats of Duratec's filler was sprayed and sanded to a smooth finish. Can't say enough about how much I like Duratec's product after wrestling wtih several fillers on the '10.
