I took a quick opportunity to whittle away at the large list of tasks by drilling the 1/2" hole in the firewall for the brake reservoir. I measured out according to the drawings. I should have triple checked. Once the hole way drilled, it became apparent that the pre-drilled holes in the flange were above the rivet line. This will be attached with bolts. So any off-center placement with the aluminum angle on the other side will likely create an interference. I don't want to make the 1/2" hole larger to move the reservoir down. I'll think on a solution.
