Pulled out the rear canopy windows and began to prep them , layed the pilot side up on the fuse and marked for trimming . overall a good profile . Added 3/4 of an inch beyond the window profile for bonding.
After trimming , debur , smooth and chamfer all around with a fine 3M roloc abrasive disc
