glued in and sanded foam cores on gear doors , I choose to use west system epoxy over t-88 for lay up. The west tested good - foam to ply test piece - and was way easier to spread . after the foam was set it was cut to rough profile and then sanded to final shape. 2 coats of west with micro was spread on to the foam to prepre for closing skin.
