most of this time was deciding how to best cut the rear spar bevels . The lower bevel was accomplished per the manual - the spar web was left in place and used for an edge to run the fence while the lower 5 degree cut was made. The manual dosent say much after that except to cut the top outboards at 11 degrees. Made a simple jig to hold the spar while carefully fed into the band saw - Nicely done.
Hand worked the seat pan bevel with block plane and heavy sand paper.
