install stab / elevator hinge points. Still have to install hinges per DCN 602-2 . In order to comply with the dcn I needed to jig the stab and elevator together in order to find locate a hinge center line .
Note the manual has an error reference the jig blocks - manual gives 1 1/8th inch for these spacer blocks - they should be 2 1/8th
