prepped Lt outer panel straps for powder coating . I initally coated them white but the metal had some form of marking dye ( red from the manufaturer or mill) bathed in laqurer thinner still did not remove all the dye and it bled into the white even on the third coat . Soooo Red it is - 4th coat Red. Hey its an important part anyway "right" !
