Brief Description:  Rib Construction

Finished all diagonals and veticals - all parts bagged and tagged .

Gussets - Seems to me I read that the gusset grain orientation was not a factor - could not find that in righting anywhere so I placed a call to Richard Siers . Richard concours grain orientation is not critical. I wanted some clarrification on this because after trying to lay out all 54 pieces on that 12 x14 sheet of ply it became quite impossible to choose grain oriantation. I was never good at rubix cubes either. Still after talking with Richard Siers . I choose oriantaion for Gussets that seemmed to deserve more attention - leading and trailing edge and the 3 way intercections of diagonals and verticals. I think it was Tony Begilus that stated / wrote - gusset orientation is not critical also .

Scaled all gussets 1-14 duplicated in cardboard and Saved all cardboard gusset templates for file .
I labled them as follows - 1 (leading edge ), 2 down , 2 up ect ( down being lower cord - up uppercord) 8 (trailing edge).
