I had not made an log entry in a while ,however , work has continued . Most of the work in the next few logs was done while working out the secondary gear door system with my local PHD engineer. One of the things that has changed is that I decided against the bushings in the secondary geard doors and installed sperical bearings - the bushings and shoulder bolts worked well untill I tried to cinch down a lock nut - just not enough threads to go thru the lock nut . By going to the bearings - the balls cinch up tight with an AN bolt to length. While Im waiting on phd - they are drawing up the scheme for my secondary gear door tom thumb cylinders - I decided to go about devloping and incorperating gear door gap seals . Again the log entries to follow will all be dated today but happened earlier this month.
