Started parts duplication for ribs . I labeled the vertical rib peices V1, V2 ,V3 ect. and the diagonals D1 , D2, D3 ect . V1 bieng the first vertical or leading edge , then working toward the trailing edgewhich I think is V8.
Each cap strip is inspected for cracks , knots , compresion - once selected is cut to gross lenght.
because I choose to "fit" each peice the master (s) are used as templates and there dimentions are tranfered to the gross cut spruce. Then disc sanded to net - trial fit in jig - store for future assemby.
18 of each plus master = 19 This will allow for one additional rib .
Completed sets - V1 , D1, V2, D2, V3, D3 , V4 or 126 pcs.
